NBA Basketball School Athletes Experience Elite Training in Paris
Last month, 9 of our talented NBA Basketball School athletes had the incredible opportunity to travel to Paris with Coach Mariana, Coach Cam, and Coach H for the prestigious NBA Basketball School Elite Camp. This exclusive camp brought together players from around the world, providing them with a one-of-a-kind chance to train alongside their peers while enhancing their skills under the guidance of world-class coaches.
The camp featured twice-daily workout sessions at the Louis Lumière Sports Center, where the athletes worked on their basketball fundamentals and advanced techniques. Leading the camp was Chris Oliver from Basketball Immersion, renowned for his innovative approach to training. He was joined by our very own Coach H, who focused on constraint and chaos training, designed to challenge players and encourage creativity while taking their skills to the next level.
On Day 2, the players were in for an unforgettable surprise—an opportunity to train on the NBA court at Accor Arena, the same court where Victor Wembanyama and the San Antonio Spurs and Indiana Pacers had just played the night before. This experience gave the players a taste of the professional basketball world, and it was made even more special when they were recognized on the big screen during halftime of the Spurs vs. Pacers game.
Aside from basketball, the trip also offered cultural enrichment. The athletes had the chance to visit iconic landmarks such as the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe, creating memories and bonding with teammates over food, laughter, and shared experiences.
At the end of the camp, former San Antonio Spurs center Ian Mahinmi delivered an inspiring talk to the players, emphasizing the importance of sacrifice, hard work, and dedication both to the game and to family.
